Fears Nachawati partner and co-founder Majed Nachawati and partner Matthew McCarley have been selected by legal publication Lawdragon to its annual list of the nation’s top plaintiff consumer lawyers. Both attorneys have built solid reputations for defending the public from dangerous products, corporate polluters, and companies who put profit above people.
Featured on the 2021 list of Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers, both Majed and Matthew have positioned Fears Nachawati as a leader in important product defect litigation around the country involving IVC filters, Roundup weedkiller, PFAS “forever chemicals,” and the opioid epidemic.
