While drug manufacturers and distributors are finally being held responsible for the opioid crisis they unleashed on the country, the task of correcting the widespread damages caused by opioid addiction has just begun. And still there will be those who insist the drug companies did nothing wrong. The Wall Street Journal recently published a letter by Fears Nachawati’s Bryan Fears and Jonathan Novak, written in response to the editorial, “An Oklahoma Opioid Stickup.” The attorneys call out the WSJ editorial board for refusing to acknowledge the many ways in which Big Pharma misled the public and recklessly amplified the opioid crisis.

The letter can be read at the Wall Street Journal.
