Before joining Nachawati Law Group, Matthew worked at Boyd Powers & Williamson. At BPW, Matthew played a central role as trial counsel in complex business litigation matters including bank fraud, securities fraud, and antitrust cases. His attention to detail and ability to explain complex business matters in common sense ways yielded favorable results for clients. Successful results include multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements.
Matthew served as board member for the Tarrant County Young Lawyer’s Association for multiple terms and has received accolades from national and regional publications, including Law Dragon, Fort Worth Magazine, and 360 Magazine before moving 30 miles down Highway 30 to Dallas, Texas. Matthew is an Eagle Scout.
The position will involve litigating product liability cases throughout all phases, from filing to trial. The job requires strong legal research and writing skills and a solid grasp of civil procedure.
