Morgan Latin is an attorney in the Nachawati Law Group’s trial and litigation section. Throughout her practice, Morgan has represented clients in injury and death cases. She has successfully briefed and argued various dispositive motions in state and federal cases. Currently, her practice focuses on products liability and toxic tort matters. Morgan received her undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and her juris doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. In law school, Morgan competed as a varsity advocate in mock trial and moot court competitions. Morgan also led student organizations including Black Law Students Association and the Board of Advocates.
Prior to working for the Nachawati Law Group, Morgan worked as an Assistant City Attorney in her hometown of Houston, Texas. Morgan also served as a middle school English teacher in underserved communities in Mississippi and Texas. Morgan currently enjoys exploring life in Dallas, Texas, reading motivational books, planning competitive game nights, and mentoring teens and young adults.
The position will involve litigating product liability cases throughout all phases, from filing to trial. The job requires strong legal research and writing skills and a solid grasp of civil procedure.
