After graduating from the University of Alabama with majors in Accounting and Economics, he obtained a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law. During law school, Billy was a Research Editor for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum Journal and was a member of the Active Investigations Team for Duke’s Innocence Project, which worked to exonerate victims of wrongful convictions. When not working, he’s a big football fan and previously covered college football games from the press box while working as a student reporter for the University of Alabama.
The position will involve litigating product liability cases throughout all phases, from filing to trial. The job requires strong legal research and writing skills and a solid grasp of civil procedure.
