Before joining Nachawati Law Group, Justin externed with the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas in Fort Worth and previously practiced in construction liability, consumer law, employment law, and settlement negotiation. Presently, he handles cases from inception through trial, including briefing and arguing motions, managing discovery, deposing fact and expert witnesses, and taking cases to trial.
Justin was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth where he earned his B.A. in French from the University of Texas at Arlington, magna cum laude, and his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. For two years, he served as an award-winning editor with The International Lawyer, the official journal of the ABA's International Law section, and he was certified into the State Bar of Texas Pro Bono College for exemplary work in disability rights. Justin also earned Best Oral Advocate when competing in on-campus moot court, and now volunteers from time to time assisting moot court teams. In his spare time, Justin enjoys tennis, hiking, learning blues guitar, and spending time with his family.
The position will involve litigating product liability cases throughout all phases, from filing to trial. The job requires strong legal research and writing skills and a solid grasp of civil procedure.
