He was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and received his B.A. in French from the University of Texas at Arlington, magna cum laude. Mr. Gathright earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He was also an award-winning editor for The International Lawyer, the official journal of the ABA's International Law section.
During law school, Mr. Gathright was awarded Best Oral Advocate competing in on-campus moot court, and he was certified into the State Bar of Texas Pro Bono College for exemplary work in disability rights. Before joining Nachawati Law Group, Justin externed with the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas in Fort Worth and represented plaintiffs in property damage, construction liability, and breach of contract cases in Dallas and Tarrant County. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking outdoors, learning blues guitar, and spending time with his family.
The position will involve litigating product liability cases throughout all phases, from filing to trial. The job requires strong legal research and writing skills and a solid grasp of civil procedure.
