Michael has helped draft hundreds of judicial opinions and handled appeals from all areas of the law: civil, criminal, juvenile, family, and constitutional. Michael’s area of practice focuses on complex civil litigation for the firm’s public clients, and also includes work on mass torts, consumer protection, and environmental matters. In his spare time, Michael enjoys time spent with a good book or venturing into the great outdoors.
The position will involve litigating product liability cases throughout all phases, from filing to trial. The job requires strong legal research and writing skills and a solid grasp of civil procedure.
