Dallas Business Journal Speaks to Matthew McCarley on Protests and Business Interruption Claims

With business interruption claims being filed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, questions are now being asked regarding filing claims related to damage sustained in the wave of protests currently taking place across the country. The Dallas Business Journal spoke to Fears Nachawati partner Matthew McCarley on what business owners can expect.

The article goes on to speak about coverage of lost income resulting from the actions of civil authorities, such as police and fire departments.
