Eric Przybysz and Jonathan Novak Speak at Mass Tort Educational Conference

Firm attorneys Eric Przybysz and Jonathan Novak spoke at the Mass Tort Nexus Four Day Immersion Course, which took place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from November 8 through 11. The purpose of the course was to give attorneys practical knowledge that would help them better incorporate a successful mass torts docket into their practice.

Eric presented on the firm’s work in cases involving defective surgical staplers that have injured patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Jonathan presented on Uloric, a medication that is commonly prescribed for gout and that has been known to cause heart attacks and strokes. While pros in the courtroom, these attorneys enjoyed the opportunity to help others strengthen their own practices in order to better help those they work with.

“The attorneys I spoke to all wanted to do more to help their clients,” Eric said. “Showing them the methods and strategies we’ve had success with at Fears Nachawati is really going to help them accomplish that.”

From opioids to JUUL to environmental contamination, Fears Nachawati is well-versed in the world of mass tort litigation. You can learn more about Mass Tort Nexus here. To learn more about Fears Nachawati’s work involving defective drugs and medical devices, click here.
