Fears Nachawati has ranked among the country’s top 10 plaintiffs firms handling the most product liability cases, according to a recent report from Lex Machina, the legal analytics division of LexisNexis. The report, which looked at cases filed between 2015 and 2019, found that Fears Nachawati filed a total of 3,817 cases, placing them eighth overall.

Fears Nachawati currently handles multiple multi-district litigation cases involving the opioid epidemic ravaging communities across the country, as well as environmental damage inflicted by careless corporations. Due to the high number of product liability cases associated with MDL, Lex Machina says this category takes up the highest volume of cases in its database.
