Bryan Fears, the co-founding partner of Fears | Nachawati Law Firm, was recently nominated to the John C. Ford American Inn of Court as a Barrister member. Membership in this organization is exclusive, as candidates must be nominated by current peers and voted on prior to acceptance into the organization. The John C. Ford Inn of Court has five sub-groups, including the Barristers, which consists of experienced young lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional legal ethics, professionalism and leadership as bankruptcy practitioners.
