The Fears | Nachawati Law Firm has recently been retained to represent a man in a product liability suit against Home Depot and a third – party ladder manufacturer. Our client, who was on a fiberglass ladder sold by Home Depot, was performing maintenance duties near the top of a building when the ladder suddenly snapped.
