Bair Hugger plaintiff to transfer the 14 product liability claims alleging injuries related to Bair Hugger Forced Air Warmer (Bair Hugger FAW). The request states that centralized pre-trial proceedings would benefit parties and witnesses for both sides in the case by improving efficiency in regards to workload and by reducing the costs of discovery.
