Gale Sedona

Fears Nachawati Senior Counsel Gale Pearson was selected as a Brainstorming Group Member on Improving the Privilege Log Process for The Sedona Conference Working Group Series. This prestigious group of only 15 provides authoritative, meaningful, and balanced commentary in regard to what is working and not working with respect to the privilege logs.

The Sedona Conference Working Group Series was launched in 2002 and represents the evolution of The Sedona Conference from a forum for advanced dialogue to an open think-tank confronting some of the most challenging issues faced by our legal system today. It was established to pursue in-depth studies of tipping point issues in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation, intellectual property rights, and data security and privacy law, with the goal of producing high-quality, nonpartisan commentary and guidance of immediate, practical benefit to the bench and bar.

“I am honored and pleased to be included in this important project. I look forward to the work ahead of us,” said Gale Pearson.

The Sedona Conference is a nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c)(3) research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation, intellectual property rights, and data security and privacy law.
